“Absolutely superb real estate agents that specialise in properties on Roda Golf and Beach Resort near San Javier and Los Alcazares on the Costa Calida in Murcia. When we were looking to sell our apartment on Roda Golf there was only one company we were going to trust and use due to their extensive knowledge of the history of the development and all of the properties built there. From the moment we indicated we were ready to sell they jumped into action immediately. They helped us stage the property to show it off best and took fantastic photographs and produced a really professional video to showcase the property. Within 24 hours we had 3 viewings. Within 48 hours we’d had 5 viewings and within 10 days we had an offer which we accepted. At the same time we had seen a villa on Roda Golf that we loved that was also being sold by Paradigm. “Sheer professionalism throughout the journey. I rarely write reviews unless the service I have received was exceptional- and that’s what both Carl and Henry from Paradigm provided.
I met Carl by chance in the local Roda coffee shop, without knowing my situation or even if I was going to be a potential client he sat down and spent an hour of his valuable tine giving me a full run down of the area.
A week later I was heading out for a meal in the village and clocked Carl sitting in his newly acquired offices next door to the restaurant so I decided to head in and have a chat, seamless and like speaking to someone I hadn’t seen since school - so on that gut feeling i gave him a list out our requirements, budget and location preferences.
You see, prior to this with other agents I was continually asked to provide details, sign forms and received countless calls and emails that were simply a waste of my time and an outright sales ploy.
